The customer is any person who contacts the company for the supply of products.

Delivery means delivery of products by the company or any subcontractor employed by the company.

Prices are inclusive where applicable of all charges and VAT.

Complaints & Refund Policy – the company requires any complaint to be made in writing and refunds will be given in full less any return carriage and restocking charges incurred.

Returned goods if unable to deliver or cancelled whilst on route will incur £60 per pallet return delivery and restocking charges.

Order amendments must be made before goods are dispatched.

Delivery is conditional on good access and hardstanding as the delivery will be made on large lorries and it is the customers responsibility to ensure it is suitable. Any delays or returned loads will incur additional charges. The company cannot accept any liability for damages to property during offloading. Delivery will be made by taillift lorry and pallet pump truck as near to your property as the driver is able or deems safe and suitable. Broken concrete, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the drivers discretion if he deems it safe to do so.

The company will keep secure any personal details given and only use in the processing of your order.
