Bulk bag and poly bag deliveries will be made by a kerbside tail-lift lorry to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. The ground and road need to be flat, level and solid to use this system. If you have any doubts please contact us for further details. Broken concrete, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the drivers discretion if he deems it safe to do so.
Orders received by midday will be delivered 3 working days after the day of ordering, providing the haulier has made contact with you to mutually arrange a delivery time, which will be anytime up to and including the delivery day. Orders received after midday will be delivered 4 working days after the day of ordering, providing the haulier has made contact with you to mutually arrange a delivery time, which will be anytime up to and including the delivery day. For example, orders placed before midday on a Monday will have a delivery day of Thursday. Monday pm and Tuesday am orders will receive delivery on the Friday. The transport company will ring the contact phone number to arrange delivery. See the table below.
If you need your order faster then you can select "Next Day" delivery on the payment page in the checkout process. We can deliver next day (Monday to Friday) if ordered before midday, otherwise delivery would be on the next working day after. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed on the morning of the next working day. The additional charge is £10.00 up to an order value of £159.99, then an additional £10 for each £80 spent. On all orders above £1,600 the next day fee is a flat rate of £200 extra. Next day delivery is only available in England, Wales & Scotland (DG, EH, FK, G, KY, ML, TD).
Loose bulk deliveries are by tippers usually articulated up to 44 tonnes gross weight and require good level hard ground access. We do need to ensure someone is at home on the day to take delivery.
We deliver FREE to 90% of the UK providing your order totals £80 or more. We can also offer a Saturday A.M. delivery for a surcharge of £40 (to 90% of the UK). This saves you the inconvenience of having to take time off work. Please refer to the tables below for full details of delivery charges.

| Delivery of loose loads is made by large heavy vehicles (sometimes articulated) and need a lot of space and suitable flat, level and solid ground to tip. A full vehicle can weigh up to 44 tonnes and you must ensure the vehicle can access your site. If a vehicle cannot gain access and make a delivery you will be required to pay the cost of transport. This would include the delivery and return charges so please make sure you are 100% certain access is possible. |
