Pieces of larger plum slate are tumbled to produce flat rounded slate paddlestones as a large ground cover product. Pieces from 2” to hand sized pieces. Will cover ground well in rockeries or planting areas. Can be walked on but not advisable for paths or drives due to their size. Unusual, different and striking, these work at their best in water, around water or as a feature within a mixed design. Best layed 6cm deep. Does settle down quite well despite the large size. The actual size ranges between 50-150mm.
